Lovely tangy, creamy, golden Lemon Butter Curd - this one has local free range eggs, quality butter, homegrown lemons and a little stevia.
This is our lowest Carb/Sugars Jam, coming in at 1.2g per 100g. This curd is great as a spread but also very user friendly with yoghurt as an instant treat or with Keto treats and baking.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated use before BB4 date (3 months from make date) May also be portioned and frozen for 12 months
