Well Rooted Kraut

Three good roots in this deep claret coloured kraut - beetroot, carrot and root ginger (some cabbage too and pink rock salt of course !) Softer texture, but a busy, fizzy little beast - very probiotic dense kraut. Its a good way to get beetroot on a keto diet too as the sugars in this veg get mostly gobbled up by the fermenting process. 

Regular 230g or Large-ish 390g Size

INGREDIENTS: cabbage 60%, beetroot 20%, water, carrot 6%, ginger root 2%, pink rock salt.
