We hand pick the wild blooms ourselves and infuse them the same day to capture all the nectar and herbal flavour. Freshly cold pressed juices, zests and lime leaves complement rather than overwhelm the delicate floral notes.

It is our most popular syrup by far. A gorgeous Summery drink with a quality soda, but it SINGS AS A MIXER with Gin, Vodka or in Champagne Cocktails.
