Vibrant, crunchy and tangy 'bread and butter' style pickles that are a family standard in our house for D I Y weekend lunch rolls or when we have burgers or veggie fritters.
Very mildly spiced with turmeric and mustard seed, lots of finely sliced zucchini and onion. No added sugar in these either which is great, I mean some supermarket pickles have loads of sugar in them to balance the vinegar. We use a little natural stevia extract instead - much better.
